I took up oil painting a few weeks ago after many years of promising myself I would start it one day and have enrolled at the local Adult Education classes. I'd always wanted a decent picture of HMS Javelin to hang on the wall and believed the only way was to paint one myself. Here is my second only oil painting which I think has come out better than I could have hoped for.
